Đi đảo Thạnh An bằng xe máy: Bạn chạy theo đường Huỳnh Tấn Phát đến bến phà Bình Khánh rồi mua vé qua phà với giá 5.500 VNĐ/xe/lượt. Sau đó bạn tiếp tục chạy đến chợ Cần Thạnh thì rẽ trái, gặp siêu thị Coopmart rồi rẽ phải là đến bến phà.
Đi đảo Thạnh An bằng xe bus: Tại chợ Bến Thành, bạn lên xe bus số 20, xuống ở trạm cuối là phà Bình Khánh rồi mua vé qua phà là 10.000 VNĐ/người/lượt. Qua phà lại lên xe bus số 90 rồi xuống ở bến phà qua đảo Thạnh An.
