Giới thiệu chung về du lịch huyện Chiêm Hoá

Chiêm Hoá là huyện miền núi của tỉnh Tuyên Quang cách trung tâm tỉnh lỵ 65 km về phía Bắc. Tổng diện tích tự nhiên là 114.624,2 ha; có 24 xã, thị trấn, 287 thôn, tổ dân phố; dân số 119.710 người với 18 dân tộc, trong đó dân tộc thiểu số chiếm 77% dân số toàn huyện

Với địa hình đồi núi Chiêm Hóa có nhiều danh thắng đẹp, trong đó có 2 danh thắng quốc gia là Thác Bản Ba (xã Trung Hà), thác Lụa (Hòa Phú) và nhiều danh thắng cấp tỉnh. Huyện có 145 điểm di tích lịch sử- văn hóa và danh thắng tại 20 xã, thị trấn, trong đó 01 bảo vật quốc gia (bia chùa Bảo Ninh Sùng Phúc) , 01 di tích quốc gia đặc biệt (Địa điểm tổ chức Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ II của Đảng huyện Chiêm Hóa), 09 di tích quốc gia, 60 di tích cấp tỉnh).

Chiêm Hóa có nhiều di sản văn hóa phi vật thể: “Nghi lễ Then của dân tộc Tày” đã được UNESCO công nhận là di sản văn hóa phi vật thể đại diện của nhân loại; Lễ hội Lồng Tông dân tộc Tày được công nhận là di sản văn hóa phi vật thể quốc gia và có nhiều lễ hội truyền thống cấp huyện, cấp xã (01 lễ hội cấp huyện, 07 lễ hội và hội cấp xã); các dân tộc huyện Chiêm Hoá còn lưu giữ nhiều văn hóa truyền thống như: Nhà sàn truyền thống, trang phục của các dân tộc vẫn còn lưu giữ và sử dụng trong ngày hội, lễ tết, ẩm thực của các dân tộc phong phú (cơm xôi ngũ sắc, mắm cá ruộng, thịt trâu khô, cá suối nướng, khau nhục, bánh gai, bánh gấc, bánh củ chuối...)

Du lịch Chiêm Hoá có gì ?

- Du lịch sinh thái thác Bản Ba xã Trung Hà, đây là điểm du lịch nghỉ dưỡng gắn với du lịch cộng đồng; Du lịch lịch sử, cách mạng tại Khu di tích địa điểm tổ chức Đại hội Đảng toàn quốc lần thứ II của Đảng tại xã Kim Bình.

- Du lịch tâm linh tại các di tích đền, chùa: chùa bảo Ninh Sùng Phúc, xã Yên nguyên; đền Bách Thần, thị trấn Vĩnh Lộc; đền Đầm Hồng, xã Ngọc Hội, đền Thượng xã Vinh Quang. hằng năm tại các đền chùa còn tổ chức các lễ hội truyền thống...thu hút đông đảo du khách thập phương.

- Du lịch cộng đồng: Hiện có 10 Homestay tại xã Tân An và Trung Hà và 02 mô hình trải nghiệm văn hoá dân gian dân tộc Tày, Dao tại thôn Bản Ba xã Trung Hà.

- Du lịch trải nghiệm tại vườn mận thôn Nà Héc, xã Yên Lập.

- Du lịch văn hoá gắn với các lễ hội truyền thống như: Lễ hội Lồng Tông mồng 8 tháng giêng tại thị trấn Vĩnh Lộc; Lễ hội lịch sử Kim Bình; Lễ hội Lồng Tông xã Yên Lập; Lễ hội Bản Ho xã Phú Bình, Lễ hội đền Thượng xã Vinh Quang, Lễ hội chùa Bảo Ninh Sùng phúc xã Yên Nguyên, Lễ hội giã cốm dân tộc Tày xã Trung Hà; Lễ nhảy lửa dân tộc Dao Đỏ xã Trung Hà và dân tộc Pà Thẻn xã Linh Phú; hội đua Bè mảng xã Yên Lập.
